Registration is done on a first come first serve basis. Classes are limited to the first 13 children registered. Spots are reserved for future students once registration requirements are completed. 

To register for either the 3 or 4-year-old program, please send in:

♦a $100 non-refundable deposit (Checks made out to Roxbury Daycare Program)

♦enrollment form 

♦Media Consent Form

♦universal health record signed and stamped by your Doctor

♦a copy of your child's vaccination record signed and stamped by your Doctor. (Students must have a flu vaccine by December 31st.) Exemptions must accompany proper documentation

♦a copy of your child's birth certificate.

♦if applicable, an Asthma Action plan and/or an Anaphylaxis Action plan

All physical documents must be submitted at the same time and should be delivered to Roxbury High  School by June 1st, 2026!

Please be sure to write ATTN: to either Mrs. Rumell in the 3 year old program or Mrs. Granata in the 4 year old program on your envelope.
